The larger point is an Isis, the smaller has crystal bridging deep within it. Other bright little bridges and a self-healed base.

Fairly symmetrical Isis faces are not as common as you might imagine and have special significance in relation to crystals for humans, indicated by the "human" number, 5. The number 5 also indicates the feminine principle and regeneration.

Phi, the Divine ratio, is the ratio of the segments in a 5-pointed star (pentagram) and was considered sacred to Plato and Pythagoras mystery schools. Each larger (or smaller) section is related by the phi ratio. This is an indication of the regeneration association. Preseli Bluestone, British Spotted Dolerite, is famous for its use as the original inner rings of Stonehenge. Approximately 80 of these bluestone columns, each one harder than granite and weighing about four tons, were transported over 240 miles (385 km) to Salisbury Plain. They originated, as do these tumble stones, in the Preseli Hills of West Wales. Why and how this stone was brought from such a distance has remained a mystery, despite much speculation and research.

So many healing and magical attributes have been attributed to this famous stone, it is difficult to know who and what to quote, but one thing is for sure; no one drags massive rocks hundreds of miles without good reason.
