Not only does this extra large crystal (one of the very largest of this rare quartz type at nearly half a kilo), have garnets on the outside, but the large, clear tip allows us to see garnets growing within the quartz. I counted 8! Any completely encased crystal is known as a manifestation formation (though normally used to indicate quartz in quartz), and is one of the most prized of all metaphysical crystals.
