Emphasis has been given to those that are relatively easily available and have the power to enhance our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual lives.
Emerald
Fluorite
“Fluorite can be used to bring order to chaos… it increases the ability to concentrate. It also encourages and sustains the flawless ideal of health, intellect and emotional well being.”
In common with other relatively soft stones, fluorite can absorb the
discordant energies we know as stress. Fluorite is ideally suited to this
and can be used for massage. Galena
"Galena is a "stone of harmony", stimulating interaction on all levels, and
assisting in the decrease of self-limiting ideas".

This white mineral encourages calm awareness, patience, prudent action and positive emotional expression. Very useful in reducing stress. Faster results can be achieved by also using as an elixir.

Obsidian
Obsidian is a natural volcanic glass, appearing in a range of colours. It is one of the best grounding and base chakra stones. It encourages stability and shields from negative energies.

Peacock Ore (Bornite)
This multi-colours of this beautiful mineral indicates its use in treating all of the chakras. It can activate the chakras individually and in unison. It is another useful mineral in providing protection from outside negativity, it also helps one recognise the source of the energy. It is a colourful stone helping to dismiss "grey days" by inspiring hope and lifting ones mood. As with the bird it is named after, its display is an inspiration and reminder that life is not limited to a mundane combination of atoms, but permeated by a magic that does not cease to exist because we cannot always perceive it.

Red jasper and black hematite. A potent combination of minerals providing a powerful physical energy. Tuning one into the Earth, whose grounding energies provide a nurturing, protective energy.
