Refund policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns are at the customer's expense. This is standard, though if we sent you the wrong item, we wouldn't expect you to pay for our mistake.
We recommend using a tracked service, so you know it has been received on our end.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and safely packaged.
Sending to the UK from overseas?
The package/envelope must have the following, clearly visible on the OUTSIDE: "RETURN TO SHOP"
Failure to do this may result in import duty (which doesn't have to be paid on shop returns) being deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will always make it right.

Please email us, and we can work something out for you once we receive your return.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method immediately. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process this.
