Blue Lotus (nymphaea caerulea), is rightly prized as a symbol of transcendence and mystical awakening. Known as The Sacred Blue Lily of the Nile. Revered by civilizations from Vedic India and Ancient Egypt. The psychoactive properties of Blue Lotus are primarily attributed to two alkaloids: apomorphine and nuciferine. These naturally activate dopamine and serotonin receptors. Used as a sedative and hypnotic treatment in a wide range of conditions such as insomnia and anxiety since the late 1800s in the West. 

Oud (Agarwood, aquilaria crassna) calms the nervous system, expels negative energies, relieves anxiety, invokes a sense of inner strength and enhances cerebral functioning.
